Task reminders for project progress updates also have

function left on.

I checked under Customize Microsoft Web Access
Notifications and Reminders

Schedule e-mail reminder service

Server database at the scheduled time each day, and sends
e-mail messages to remind users about their upcoming or
overdue tasks and status reports.

Schedule e-mail reminder service to run every day at

Can this be turned off so the server does not send out
notifications every day?

Any other suggestions?

I checked under

Also, there tasks that have been completed, why are they
listed below as needed status?

The tasks listed are Summary tasks, where there are
subtasks that have not been completed to 100%. Where
some tasks are completed. The email notication
does not filter out these tasks all ready completed.

Email notifications are not detailed enough to tell
you what % they are not completed.
