can my email on aol be copied before it is sent to outlook so I can retrieve
it for a different location when not in my office

I'm sure it can. This is a newsgroup for Microsoft Access rather than
anything specific for AOL or Outlook so you may want to seek advice
there.

In the mail settings of Outlook there is an option to leave a copy of
messages on the server, I think that may be what you want.
