How do I email powerpoint show with winzip? please show step by step, Thank

Hi James,

1. In Windows Explorer: Right mouseclick on PPS-File - WinZip - Add to
filename.ZIP
2. In Windows Explorer: Right mouseclick on ZIP-File - Send to - E-Mail
address - a new e-mail with the attached ZIP-file should open, where you can
add the recipient's address and your message text.

This works if WinZip is installed, and you are using Windows 2000 or XP and
Outlook.

James, I wonder if your "real" question is "my file is too big to email"?

If that's the problem winzip will not reduce the file size greatly.
