email problems

trying to retrieve new emails (12 in queue) keeps sending error code at
message 3 and goes no further. How can I get past this to clear out
unretrieved emails? Message 3 is too large. Thanks for any help.

We are go guess what is the error message or code that you see? Don't
describe it. Don't summarize it. Copy and paste it.

If the real problem is that you have a corrupted item in your mailbox
and the mail server has a problem in trying to deliver it to your
e-mail client, use the webmail interface to your account and look at
the problematic message there, and then delete it so it is no longer
in your mailbox to cause a problem with your e-mail client.
