email problems

hi, i hope u can help ive only had a computer for less than a week and for
some reason when i try to see if i have any emails i get a big box come up
with error occurred and something about serverr 0.0.0.0 so i cannot send or
recieve any mail, hope u can help,ta,shaneyp

application. You'll have better luck posting your question on a newsgroup
that deals with your specific email program (Outlook, Outlook Express,
et...)
