K KARL DEWEY May 16, 2008 #2 Open the query in design view, click on menu VIEW - SQL view, highlight all in the new window, copy, and paste. The receiptant opens a new query, not select a table, click on menu VIEW - SQL view, and paste. Remove and returns added by word wraps.
