Email receiving

I am having trouble with my email receiving. It has been working for years
and suddenly yesterday it will only receive 12 messages and then the 13th
blocks all the others from coming through. I delete the first 12 and try
again and the first 12 come through again and no more? Any one know what I
can do?

Start by giving us some information: Outlook version and account type.
Also, do you have access to your mail server via webmail? Can you see
that 13th message - is it especially large, does it have an attachment?
Anything else you can tell us about your environment?
