Hi,

1 - you can substitute the email address for the
controlname in the SendObject Action:

DoCmd.SendObject acSendReport, "ReportName", acFormatRTF,
Me!Text0

2 - Exporting reports to Word exports them as RTF - Rich
Text Format. RTF does not support graphical items such as
JPG's or lines etc.
