I would like add a response message to blocked users. Is that possible?
Just WHO is in your Blocked Senders list? Spammers perhaps? Well, they
don't use their own e-mail address. They use a bogus e-mail address.
They might use a valid domain but use a random username, so you waste
resources at the receiving mail host to handle your e-mail request but
which they cannot deliver. They might use a valid e-mail address but it
will be SOMEONE ELSE's e-mail address. So your fake bounce nuisances an
innocent who never sent you the spam. Your fake bounce is reportable to
the public blacklists as backscatter so you could end up getting
yourself blacklisted.
If you block them then you don't want to see their messages.
If you block them then don't bother to talk to them.
