I am having an issue with the results of a form being sent to my email ,after

There might be many reasons for this. One of them which I think might me
that SMTP is not configured for the site.
Check if SMTP server settings are correctly configured. The following KB
articles explain how to configure SMTP for FPSE 2000 and 2002.
