Email return to sender??

When I send an e mail to some one or even a group, I get the email sent to me
as well. Even when I'm not on the address to send it to.
How can I stop getting my own emails back to me???

Hard to say without any configuration information. Check with that person
you have sent the message to, perhaps he/she has a forwarding rule?
