email returned with DUPLICATE HEADER FIELD error

I'm seeing emails being returned to me with a "DUPLICATE HEADER FIELD" error
when using Outlook (Office 2003) configured using http to my msn email
account. Curiously I don't have this problem when replying to the same email
on another computer that's using Outlook Express (also configured using http
to my msn email account).

I've found others complaining of the same issue (such as here:

Any thoughts on what to do, other than not use Outlook?
