How do I create a rule to move emails from my in-box to another folder
specifically for emails from a sender that changes the email every time.

For example, the first email is addressed in the form [email protected], the
next email is in the form [email protected], the next is [email protected] and so
on.

How do I format the rule to pick up all forms of the address prefix?

Create a rule that looks for "msc.com" in the sender's address.

My Outlook does not recognise part of a name. I have tried entering 'msc.com'
as suggested but the rule does not see this as an email address.

Is it possible to have a search such as *@msc.com in the senders emil
address which the rule uses?

Which condition did you use? If you use the "with specific words in the
sender's address" like I said, you'd have no problem.
Is it possible to have a search such as *@msc.com in the senders emil
address which the rule uses?

Rules don't support wildcards or regular expressions, they use substrings.
Specifying "msc.com" as I said will find all strings containing "msc.com", so
it fits your requirement. You could also specify "@msc.com" is you want to
eliminate also matching on "abcmsc.com".

Brian, Thanks for the help. Your suggestion worked (I just could not see the
'with specific words in the senders asddress' rule option).
