Email sending problems

I use Outlook to send emails through hotmail.com to my
customers. I have been experiencing, lately, a number of
emails that are sent and not received by my customer.
These emails show being sent and I do not get a message
back that they were not delivered or were rejected for
some reason. Please explain

Or their ISP's are doing so! I am a listowner for a private 160 person
listgroup operating through a private server. AOL has assumed this misguided
and pernicious practice, blocking the server's address despite repeated
protests. AOL continues to do so intermittently despite their members
threatening to and some actually changing ISP's. Our URL is blackballed and
blocked on the basis of multiple recipients or some other flagged variable
in the header I suppose. Denzil.
