Hello,
In our Exchange 2003 \ Outlook 2003 environment I have one user who when he
sends an email, "sometimes" it crashes other's Outlook ONLY when the respond
and SPELL CHECK the same email. This behavior happens to whomever receives
the email from him. It doesn't happen to all of his emails either but it is
happening around once per week. When the same email is replied to but not
spell checked, it does not crash outlook. There is nothing special about
these weird emails either, they are just text with no attachments. We are
running Symantec Corp client with current pattern files and have scanned both
machines and they come up clean.
I have uninstalled \ reinstalled MS Office 2003 on the sender's computer but
to no avail.
The error message on the receiver's event viewer after Outlook crashes:
Hanging application OUTLOOK.EXE, version 11.0.6353.0, hang module hungapp,
version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.
Could this be a profile problem? Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks!
