Email settings "Incoming Server" and "User Name" keep changing an.

Two of my email settings, "incoming server" and "User Name" keep changing
every time I turn off my computer. I then have to reinput the info so I can
receive email. Why is this happening and/or how can I fix it?

This is being caused by anti-spam or anti-virus software, not by Outlook.
