Email Shortcut

I'm trying to create a shortcut to start a new email message in the XP
environment. Older versions of Windows had the ability to do this function
from ther Office shortcut bar. Any help?

Is it possible to assign a keystroke to open a new email message? (Like an
"F" key would be perfect....

Diane Poremsky [MVP]

Two ways... if your keyboard software supports it or by editing/adding
hotkeys to windows shortcuts (right click on the shortcut and choose
properties) or to toolbar icons (tools, customize, add & in front of the
letter to be the hotkey)
