email signature menu option

I just reinstalled Office 2003 and unable to figure out how to add the email
signature menu option as I had before. The option appeared in the Insert menu
when I had an email message opened.

You probably have Word now set as the e-mail editor. Use the little
downarrow on the Options button to change the signature.
