Email signatures in Outlook 2003 SP2

I have created an autosignature in Outlook using Html, this work fine however
what I now want to do is make it so that no one can change the signature that
I put in place for example change there job title etc. Is they anyway this
can be done.

Thanks for your reply but the trouble with that is I have the logo at the top
and then the details at the bottom and the users will type the content in the
middle. If i turn the signature into an image they wont be able to type in
the middle?

Then you can't prevent them from changing it.
