When sending new emails, they are staying in my outbox and not sending even
though I get a "sending complete" at the bottom of my screen. Also, the
Outlook icon in the task tray on the bottom right is flashing very quickly.
I have tried very small emails with no attachments and it still won't send.
No problem replying or forwarding email - just won't send newly created
emails. I'm running Outlook 2007 on Vista. Please help!
