1. Are all my incoming emails in Outlook automatically saved in my hard drive?
a. If so, could I view these emails using other programs other than
Outlook.
2. Will the incoming emails ever be deleted by Outlook?

Hi,
if you use a Outlook version without exchange, your mails saved
automatically on your hard drive. The pst file.

No incomming mails wont be deleted by outlook!
If you dont use the autoarchive function or some rules the mails wont be
deleted
