email stuck in outbox, microsoft outlook frozen

there is an email stuck in my outbox. when I try and
bring up microsoft outlook it is frozen and i keep getting
an error msg.

How do I delete this email stuck in the outbox. thanks

you could go to your outbox and just delete it ?
or restart outlook, that'll probably do it
