email stuck in outbox problem

does anyone has this problem
i am using entourage 2008 with exchange server 2007.
i found that frequently my sent out mail will be stuck in outbox and didnt
re-send until i manually re-send it.
and this problem will usually occured in a same time period, let say 7pm
will occured this problem more frequently.
i have already delay my exchange backup job to 9pm coz i afriad the backup
job will affect the connection of entourage and exchange.
howerver, the problem seems still occur.
anyone can help to solve this problem exclude manually resend mail?

When you have composed a message and are ready to send, what keyboard
commands, menu commands or buttons are you using to send it?
