email Subject Headers

I would like to check the "Subject" of emails on my POP3
server, then download only the mail that I want, while
deleting the rest of the junk on the server without ever
downloading it. Is this possible? I can't locate settings
in Outlook 2000 to accomplish this operation. Thanks, Keith

P.S. My email address is faked because I am receiving too
many spams. Please answer on the forum.

You will need to look at Help | About and tell us whether Outlook is working in INternet Mail Only or Corporate/Workgroup mode.
