Email Subject line effects

It would seem that when I email the group EMPLOYEES, a distribution group
with all our employees, most people ignore it even though it contains vital
IT information. Are there any ways to have the subject lines display with
special effects ??

I think you are going to be disappointed. You can't add the effect and I
fear that even if you could, some people just won't care. I find this is
especially true if you overuse group emails.

The best that you can do is to make sure subject line is specific enough so
that your employees understand that the email is important and not something
like "We found a beige sweater in the lunch room".
