Email Subject Line

I have an email link on my web site
mailto:[email protected] (not a real email link)

It comes up with a blank subject line and I want to know
if there is a way to force an email link to have the
subject line completed with the subject that I want in it?

I know that I have seen this somewhere before, I just do
not know how to make this work.

This can help eliminate some of my junk mail problems.
