Email Table/Query contents as email text

Is there a way for me (in Access 97 or 2000) to use
information from a table or query as the body of an email?

My dilemna is I am trying to have the contents of a table
sent as an email - not as an attachment. Currently I am
using the SendObject function, but I do not want it to be
an attachment. Is there a way to do this??
