Email text in message body will not copy and paste

I have 2007, and latest update, nad this began after the update. I cannot
highlight any text in the message body, I just get the "hand", and when I try
to copy, using the right click, the copy coammand is there but grey.

What happened?

Is this in a corporate environment? If so, are they using Exchange as
the mail server? If so, are they running a Rights Management server
that controls permissions over the content of the internal e-mails?
If so, the sender gets control over what you can do with their
content. You will need to talk with the sender or mail admin to find
out how you can COPY someone else's content into YOUR e-mails (without
giving credit to the originator).

Are you also forbidden to FORWARD the original e-mail (so you can
refer to the original content)?
