Email Time Stamp

Since we changed to Daylight Savings, we have a couple of machines running
Outlook XP, where the time stamps shown on incoming email are 1 hour AHEAD of
the time received. For example, the internet header on the incoming email
shows 10:00:00, but the time shown in Outlook reads 11:00 AM. The email
actually arrives with the next send/receive after 10:00. The time and time
zone are correct and the same on both the PC and Outlook, and the
automatically adjust for daylight savings boxes are checked on both.

Our ISP says their system is set correctly, and they are in the same time
zone as us. It appears from the header that they are correct as the time is
displayed as the time received with the notation -0700 behind it, which is
correct as we are GMT -07:00.

Has anyone encountered this situation? It doesn't appear to be related to
daylight savings as the time displayed is one hour ahead, not one hour behind
the time received.

Thanks for your assistance.
