Email to Distribution List

The distribution list should be in your address book so you can add it to
your To, CC or BCC field. What version of Outlook are you using... just to
be sure.

Hi,

If you wish to send a personalized email to a distribution list,
Outlook contacts, or from an external csv file you can use Easy Mail
Merge. Which is an add-in for Microsoft Outlook.
