Email "To" Line

Darryl

When sending an email to one of our mail groups, each
receiver receives a full list of addressees on the "To"
line.

Is it possible to restrict the "To" line to only display
the name of the actual receiver, not the full list?

Thank you.

No. That would require a mail merge to electronic mail.
"Mail group?" Explain what you mean.

As Russ said, you can either do a mail merge, using Word, to put each
recipient's name in the To: field or else put your distribution list in the
BCC: field instead of the To: field. If needed by your ISP (if they will not
send the message without an address in the To: field), you could put your
own address in the To: field.
