In Project Server, the "Owner" of a project is the person who initially
saves it in the Project Server database, which was you for each of those
projects you imported. Thus, you were correct in changing the Owner to the
new project manager's name, however, you did only half of the steps
required.
In Project Server, the "Manager" of a project is the person who initially
publihses the project to PWA. Again, this was you for each of the projects
which you imported. To change the Manager of each project, ask the new
project manager(s) to do the following:
1. Open the first project
2. Click Collaborate - Publish - Republish Assignments
3. Select the "Become the manager for these assignments" option
4. Click the OK button
5. Repeat this process for each project in which the task updates are going
to Wanda
Completing this process for each project will redirect task updates to the
correct project manager. Hope this helps.

I have imported projects for some PM's, and when their resources send task
updates, they now only go to me. They are listed as the Project Manager in
the enterprise code, and I've changed them to be the owner in
PWA/project/edit project details. I have no idea where project is pulling
me as the person to recieve the emails. Any ideas?
