Outlook 2000, O/S Win2K, when I open window for new email
the format bar does is not active and I cannot use any of
the commands. I have tried the Knowledge Base Article
#259791 all 3 solutions as well as editing the
HKEY_CURRENT_USER... and the problem still exists.
