email voice alerts

I was at a clients office when I heard a voice new email alert

I wasn't aware Office 2007 (Outlook) had voice alerts.

So is there? Where do i set it? It's not in options >advanced etc....

I have set it for Outlook 2003 from Control Panel | Sounds and Audio
Devices | tab Sounds | Program Event "New Mail Notification".

It could also be a function of the PC if the client had a Toshiba.
