Email w/ Attachments SLOW

I have one machine in a network of 5 that takes a very
long time to open any email with an attachment. All are
running Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003 from SBS.

There are no other performance problems on the machine.
It can open network files in normal fashion.

Can't seem to find anything addressing this issue
anywhere. Please help!
