Hi I am from Malaysia. my Outlook is 2002 version. OS Win XP Home. I
received html email with image/ logo at background. But when I print the
email, there are no image but just a small square box with a "X" in it. I
thought it is my computer, I have formated the computer , reinstall MS Office
(SBE). Yet the problem did not solve. Please help me.
