Re-read the instructions for how to configure your setup. Don't know
what "office" mail tab is, but surely there are instructions in Help
about how to setup. Presume you are using Outlook? Email service
providers often provide specific information for Outlook with their
service.
If you need to seek further guidance, best to be more expansive with
information, e.g. what email client you are using (outlook or outlook
express or other?), what the exact error message is, what the email
service is, etc.
