Email Works 9 database record

Is there some way to email a database record without sending all my records,
and also so it can't be edited. When I send a record to email the recepient
gets the whole database and can change things. I just want to send one record
as an image.

Workarounds.

Print record to PDF file

Create a blank file with the same fields as the original. Copy and Paste
only the one record to the blank file and send that (they could still change
it however.

Combine the two and create the one record file and print that to the PDF
file for emailing.
