I make a daily email for my company.

Is there any way to "lock" the email so that changes cannot be made to it.
I don't have a problem with it being forwarded 'as is' but since I take
company time doing it I would like to make sure that someone doesn't delete
the company name off of it and pass it off as their own.

Messages that are flagged as "private" should not be changeable as long as
the message stays on the same Exchange server. For Internet mail, there is
no way to prevent the ability to change the message.
