eight staff members in our office - only three receive my emails - the rest
go into a black hole somewhere... happens with Microsoft Outlook and hotmail

If three of eight are receiving, then five of eight have spam settings which
are probably shunting your email to a held mail folder.
BTW, MS Outlook and Windows Live Hotmail are not alternatives. One (OL) is a
desktop client, a local application, which can access multiple services. One
(WLH) is a service provided over the Internet, which can be accessed by MS
Outlook Express (under limited circumstances), Windows Live Mail, and the MS
Outlook Connector, and/or any web browser (but no other client
applications).
