Hey can anyone direct me to where i can get information on why some of my
emails can go through to my mother and some can not

You need to provide more information or anyone who might help you is
guessing, the same as you are:

version of Outlook
type of mail account
do you receive undeliverable notifications when you email your mother?
are your missing emails being filtered into her junk mail folder?

You can ask here, but be sure to provide a COMPLETE descripton of all the
symptoms. Include your Outlook version and account type as well as the
complete text of any error messages that arise.

getting bounce msg
checked the server settings
uanble to send email to a single recepient this happens only sometimes
the recepient email is with at&t and I have checked with at&t
using the correct email
checked the block senders list- not listed

The error msg is This is a permanent error. The following address(es)
failed: > > [email protected] > retry time not reached for any host after a
long failure period

There's nothing you can do about this error. One of the mail routers
between you and your recipient is having trouble passing the message on to
the next hop in the path. Only your ISP has the ability to investigate this
problem, since it's a server-side error.
