When sending common message to many contacts I typically
write message in Word and periodically copy and paste
message into email body, then send. The following quite
often ends up in the email body of the recipient:

I'm thinking that something "invisible" is embedded in the
normal dot template of Word that comes over when I copy
and paste....but I'm guessing and have no clue.
Ideas would be appreciated.
