I have my old emails saved on my C drive (copied from CD). Not sure if it
was outlook 2002 or 2003. Now I have outlook 2002 and want to import all
those emails to my outlook .pst folder. Is it possible? Or can I just
restore them from CD to my outlook 2002?

Within outlook, File>Open>Data File.....browse to the location of the pst
If the pst was created in outlook 2003, with its default format, you cannot
open this in an earlier version of outlook.
You cannot restore outlook data directly from a cd
