Whenever I have an attachment in email, I get a message:
OE has removed access ....
How do I fix this?

Use the Menu Tools / Options ... / Security tab and
uncheck the option "Do not allow attachments ..."

BTW, you posted in the wrong newsgroup. This newsgroup is
for Microsoft Access, a database application.
