Hi

I have a form that can e-mail a report, it works fine when i am at work.
Unfortunately i have to present this DB in a place where their is no net
connection and no corporate network, so i'm doing it off a laptop.

Is there any way i can set up Outlook and have Access send the report to
Outlook on the laptop. So basically a PC local e-mail account. I did post the
question on the Outlook forum but got back a reply saying this isn't a
outlook question (confusing).

I just need to be able to demonstrate that it does e-mail out the report.

All help and ideas greatly appreciated.

Yes. See the Outlook specific links at the Access Email FAQ at my
website. http://www.granite.ab.ca/access/email/outlook.htm

For a page on how to print a report for a single record and how to
generate reports to attach to emails see the Emailing reports as
attachments from Microsoft Access page at
