Depending on the email client you are using, you should ask your question in
a group for that product. This group is dedicated to the Access relational
database product.

For Outlook Express, try

microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general

For Outlook, try

microsoft.public.outlook.general

Of course, it could well be an issue at the ISP's end, so contacing them is
probably a good idea as well.
