Emailed document still shows wavy lines even in final form

When a document is saved in final form, it prints fine. But when it is
emailed, the wavy lines still show making it look like a draft. How do you
eliminate the green and wavy lines in a document that you want to be able to
email and have it look professional?

I believe these are the spelling and grammar checks, and they'll be visible
or not depending on whether the recipeint chooses to show or hide spelling
and grammar stuff on their end.

You could save/print the document as a PDF and send that instead. I think
PDFs don't underline spelling/grammar issues.

Can you save documents as PDFs even if you haven't purchased the Adobe
product? I know it is free to be able to view PDFs but I didn't think you
could make a document a PDF without the purchased software.

There are a number of free or inexpensive PDF creator softwares out there.

Here's info on some: http://www.rdpslides.com/psfaq/FAQ00008.htm

If you use Office 2007, you can download a free add-in from microsoft.com
that will let you save Word, PPT and Excel files (and maybe others also, I
don't know) as PDF.
