Emailing a emails from accounts other then Outlook. Please Help!

Im not a computer whiz by any means. I was wondering if someone can help me.
I want to create a an email selling my products. What is the best method to
do this? I dont want to send the emails created in publisher from my yahoo,
or hotmail account how am i able to do this. Im having a great deal of
difficulty please help me in any way you can.

Well, if you don't want to email emails created in Publisher from your Yahoo
or Hotmail account, then we just won't help you not do that and I think you
should be 100% fine.
