Emailing a newsletter

I am using Publisher 2003 for the first time to send out a newsletter. I created a newsletter that has minimal graphis and textboxes for the content. I used the File, Send as an Email message command. When I sent it to myself as a test it looked great. I sent it to a few people as a test. 3 viewed it just fine but 2 recieved it with the text all jumbled and out of format. One of those 2 uses AOL and the other Mindsrping. The AOL user had it come in with all the textboxes as separate documents.
Before sending it to the entire distribution list is there something else I should be doing to ensure the text is not jumbled on the receiving end? I did try saving it as html - but the same users had the same problem. Is there a setting to change on the reciever's end that will resolve this problem. Help - I am already behind schedule getting this out. Thanks!

The only satisfactory way of sending a Publisher file is to convert the
Publisher file to PDF.
