Emailing a Word Document

How do you send your word document via email? I don't see where the option is.

If you have the file open in Word you can use File> Send To or, if not, use
your email client's features.

Hi

On the File menu look for Send To > Mail Recipient

You have a choice to send it as an attachment, or in HTML format.

HTML format will be interpreted by the recipient's email program and may
look very different from what you see in Word, or exactly the same, but
they won't need Word to see it.
